Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or FedEx, depending on the size and shipping time. A tracking number will be sent to buyer. If for any reason the item can not be shipped I will contact the buyer with the problem and ask what they would like to do (full refund, ship later).

All Items are packaged with care to insure that they arrive safely. Bubble wrap, shipping paper, and padding will be used.

Returns

We do our best to make sure that every item arrives safely and is the exact item you would like. But errors do happen. If a error does happen, or if the item is broken during shipping please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem. Every problem is different and requires different handling, but here at Rogue Merc Designs we put the customer first every time, because with out you we would not be here.
